This book is fantastic! This book is perfectly small, great for taking notes, and light enough to throw in my purse when I visited vendors. The tips on the inside are great, each section has a list of questions for prospective vendors that I have to admit that I hadn't thought to ask until I read them. Now I buy this planner for all my other friends who are engaged. Would highly recommend!

As a magazine editor who covers wedding book trade, I see all forms of wedding guides. I found this one to be the most helpful, however, because not only does it cover every possible detail a bride must consider in planning her big day, the material is so organized into different chapters (ceremony sites, reception sites, guest list, reception music, flowers, wedding cake, signature wedding cocktails, guest favors, bridal registry etc.) for easy referencing. Then each chapter has *Busy Bride* sections with tips and advise that is update with the current wedding industry. I can't recommend this book highly enough. It's the best.

I used this book to plan my wedding, because I needed to plan a LARGE wedding on a VERY SMALL budget. It gives many suggestions for cutting cost areas without having to cutting the Beauty of your wedding. Even if you're not a bargain hunter, you should get this book for its great lists of important questions to ask all your vendors. And if you ARE bargain shopper, you need this book for sure. Great ideas, advise and tips!

I loved this great book, it is a must have for any soon to-be-bride. Buy it and you won't regret it or need any other book, this one has it all. This book is a life saver for every bride. I have recommended it and given it to a few friends since I have been married. It is great for someone who wants everything organized in one book. It has answers to many wedding questions and also has tips and hints for brides that have never helped plan a wedding before. This book saved me from more stress than neccesary. It is also a great to look through and remind myself of what a beautiful and special day it helped bring me and my husband.

#1 Wedding Planning Book. I have bought about 10 different wedding planning books and countless wedding magazines, and none of them had everything in them like "The Busy Brides Bible". This wedding planning book has wedding reception music examples for the first dance, bouquet toss and garter throw and ceremony music examples for the entrance, exit and so on. This book has all the lists, like what to photograph and flowers to order and for where. It also gives all the information on the order of the bridal party in the procession and recession. There are vendor and contract questions to ask each vendor. If I could give this book 10 stars I would, I definately recommend it to all brides.
So I recommend that you save yourself some money and forget the other books and magazines, just purchase this book. It's all you will need.

At the time we get married, my fiance and I will have been engaged for 8 years. We have pushed the date back in order to save money to pay for this party. Had this book been available earlier, I would have gotten married sooner with all the money I would have saved!

This fantastic book is filled with alot of good wedding ideas, that are "to date". It's great for a beginner do-it-yourselfer and also great for someone who just wants some ideas. My save-the-dates and invitations are both going to be ideas from these books along with other decorations. The projects can be used for other events beyond weddings as well. I think this is a fantastic basic reading for planners and brides to be.

This book also provides great ideas for saving some money without seeming cheap, such as finding a venue that allows you to bring your own alcohol or hiring a caterer from a catering college. This book is going to collectively save Brides MILLIONS! Fantastic book!

Great similarity... Location, Location, Location....words real estate agents live by, but also wedding words of wisdom. I agree totally because for me finding that #1 Fabulous Location for my reception made my DREAM DAY Wedding a Reality.... I choose a cruise ship for my wedding reception location.

We got married at our family church and then the whole reception party boarded a cruise ship and we all sailed for three nights on carnival cruise ship. It was so much fun and we were all together for not just one night, but three nights and four days. It was like a honeymoon before the honeymoon.

The Busy Brides Bible is filled with wedding ideas and tips you never would have thought about. From the Engagement Party to the Bachelorette Party it's all covered in this book. It's like a wedding planner in a book.

This book was an excellent resource book for helping putting together a memorable ceremony. This is a wonderful book is for anyone planning a wedding. It gives you a lot of options to design your ceremony and reception anyway you want to. It is up to date and easy to read. I highly recommend it!

Finally, Finally, Finally a book on getting more out of your wedding budget and still making your wedding great. Plus this book has a chapter on signature wedding cocktails and I can't wait to start trying all the examples. This is my second wedding so, I have read a lot of wedding planning books. This book is the Best for today's weddings and I can't wait to start planning and incorporating some of these great ideas. I already think I am going to add a candy bar or may be an ice cream bar or maybe both. So many choices so little time. At least I have a great book to start the adventure with.

An absolute must for planning your own wedding. This book saved my wedding. A great book, written in plain words, explaining in full detail all the difficult situations that happen in today's wedding planning world. We used are college for the theme at our wedding, which I never thought of until I read "The Busy Brides Bible". It was so unique are guests and family are still talking about it. We also got our college mascot to make a guest appearance, it was the BEST.....

So, it's all started with the BEST and that was with this BOOK.
