This book is the women's fitness BIBLE!!! I love the way the workouts are easy to follow, short, fun, do literally anywhere (even on an airplane!) and the names of the routines are fun like Put-Some-Lift-In-Your-Levis routine, Michelle Obama arms, Coregasm workout, etc PLUS nutrition advice, tips and tricks thoughout, and easy 15 min recipes :)

This is the 3rd copy of this book I am buying, family members see mine and want one too! A great gift and the time is perfect and you can tell you got a good workout. The variety keeps you from getting bored.

It is exactly what it claims to be: there are 15 minute workouts in it (shorter if you cheat;), which you can easily fit throughout your day. Highly recommended!

Easy to read and understand very complete book as much for beginner as for experienced exercisers. Loved it would recommend it.

for an experience fitness enthusiast this book is sub-par. Great for a novice or for someone trying to get back in to the swing of things.
