The book reads well and seems to give good advice. However it is so americanized it is sickening almost every category has something american in it and it even lists them as the second friendliest people in the world. I would imgine this is true for other Americans but maybe not so for people from other parts of the world. I think it is worth looking at if you just omit all of the Americanism which is hard given the bias of the book.
