This is one of three books I bought on the subject of macarons. ( One book
gave the way I am told is how the macarons are made in France, with Italian
meringue.) This book gives a simpler and more straight forward method of
making macarons. Having made them both ways, I think Berengere Abraham's method is wonderful, delicious and much easier to make. I recommend this
book and the photos are great and inspirational.
