One of the best novels I've ever read,

I loved The Contortionist's Handbook, and Dermaphoria blows it out of the water. I was so transfixed that I read it in two sittings. I practically forced it on a fellow hotel guest after I was done with it. Clevenger is going to be an exalted name like Vonnegut one day.

A Dark and Beautifully Written Book,

Along the same vein as his first killer novel, 'The Contortionist's Handbook', Clevenger delivers a more mature, psychedelic, gripping work. I could go on about how much I love this book, but I think you should stop reading this and just buy it...
