It's Okay,
By The Runner (Lethbridge, Alberta Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Strength Training for Triathletes (Paperback)
This book is informative in that if you have certain symptoms like you drag your toes when you run, it tells you the cause for that and what exercises you can do to strengthen those muscles. But if you are looking for a whole routine to strengthen over all, it doesn't provide that. About half of the exercises need to be done on machines, so if you work out at home this wouldn't be a good buy for you. I'm disappointed it's not what I was looking for. It is informative and I know if I have a certain problem I can refer back to this book.
