Some comments need to be made in response to the reader review who gave this book one star. The author did say that many of the arguments in this book were just a general overview and were not complete, stand-alone arguments. He made plenty of great arguments which were all referenced from quality sources. As anyone can see, the title of this book tells the reader that the book is going against many mainstream theories. It doesn't really make any sense for someone so closed minded to even look any further then the front cover. This would not be the best book for people completely new to alternative info and for people who can't be bothered to do any follow up reading on the topics mentioned. There are still many arguments presented in this book that have enough evidence to provoke some thought in anyone with an open mind. The author clearly stated that he was just speculating during the times were he made big leaps between evidence and theory. Beware of internet trollers!

The book is a rehash of others ideas going back to the 70's.
The book is deceptive from its title and cover page.
It is a rehash of the authers other books with minor scientific updates like dna.
He restates Stichens theory of aliens in Mesapotamia creating man and goes on and on with little to no new ideas or information. Anyone fammilular with these theories will just be wasting their time.

I found that the aesthetics of the book were quite sound. The author has an adept writing style and poses many questions to the reader that reflect the author`s background in philosophy. Outside of those above statements there is very little I would commend this book for.

Reading this book really began to jog my memory of first year philosophy when my professor asked for attention and in turn told us we were failures.

This book is evidence of public ignorance even among those of us educated specifically to fight such entrapment. The author although clear and concise about his arguments relents the understanding of cosmology, physics, biology, astrophysics, and geology and yet makes bold statements without proper regard for evidence and teachings presented in such fields.

Although intriguing more scientific evidence/ logical connections might have made the ideas more provocative and powerful to the reader.

I rate the book as well written; within the context of offering ideas to a curious reader. However not well enough supported to mold my beliefs around his concepts. I was not convinced by the end of his book in his ideas; although I would deem him successful in explaining that our understanding of our past is not clear enough to abide any kind of faith.

Not worth the buy, but maybe a Google search into the concepts presented.
