Amazing Book,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Thinking Architecture (Hardcover)
This is like a architectural bible for me, since when I first read it in my 2nd year of architecture school. If you are more inclined to 'Phenomenonlogical' aspect of architecuture, not 'theoretical' nor 'performative', this is the book you should have. I highly recommend 'Eyes of the Skin' by Juhani Pallasmaa for the same reason.

...than to buy clever architectural theory books.short on design and architecture, long on boring, incoherent architectural 'speak'. great architect - hugely disappointing book. |
