I don't know if this is a good tape or not. It's the only
yoga tape I have. My husband bought it for me as a joke, but
I actually like the work out. I've never done yoga and while
I don't enjoy doing it, I feel so good afterwards. My husband
was disappointed in the nude models. He thinks I'm prettier,
but wouldn't he have to say that????

The Video is sensuous and Basic for the Section on Yoga.
They had some form and knowledge of what they were doing.
The Tai Chi women appeared very unrelaxed and were obviously following someone's instructions off camera.
They seemd to know nothing of the Art and what a desired behavior comes from constant practice/end product
Before one can even Begin to practice Tai Chi -They must at least internalize the Movements .
They were only three nude models with very limited exposure to what they were doing

I ordered nude yoga and what I got had a preview of what would be on the yoga tape but the rest of the tape was nude stretching, which was O.K. if it meant the entertain and not really teach anything. I believe that a few house wives with a camcorder could do better.

Getting my aging body out of bed at 6:30AM to exercise is a lot easier with this video. These girls are attractive, not gorgeous, and slender, but not model-sized. The funny thing is, if you do these exercises right, you won't be able to see the screen for about half of the video. And if you're looking for porn, you could do better--there are NO crotch shots. It's about as tasteful as it could be for 3 surgically enhanced women rolling around on a carpet. It's not very good porn, and not very good yoga instruction, but it's a pleasant alternative to the usual sports bras and pony tails (now, if only THOSE girls could strip!).

The Yoga practitioners in the tape actually do a good job. The narator does a good job and overall the video is good. Unlike Nude Tai-Chi you might actually learn something from this tape. It is both somewhat instructional and also pleasing to look at. Some people complain about the camera angle, and quality but they seem good enough to show the poses and get the idea across. If all you want if to look at "nude" ladies, there are better tapes for that. This one was meant to show the yoga poses. The ladies are just a bonus and make the video fun to see. Definetely not a tape to learn Yoga from but it is a change of pace from other tapes on the market. For the price, not bad...

I give it 3 stars because 2.5 stars is not on the scale. There are plenty of worse tapes if you appreciate the female form. It starts off nicely. With 2 models performing, camera front on, the girls strike a couple of interesting and provocative poses. This lasts about 15 minutes, then everything goes downhill. They drop to one model per pose. The living room they film in is too small, the camera is poorly positioned, the 2nd camera is very dim. Overall picture quality is poor and fuzzy. For five bucks or less, its worth it. I won't throw it away.

Despite all the negative reviews, I enjoyed this film. The first reason is that it is very instructional, the narrarator continously says how to do the poses and what muscle groups they work. To me the picture quality is about the same as a normal work out video. Let me say that this is deffinatly not a porno but the woman are nice looking. The only reason I did not give this video five stars is because I have never done yoga before and had nothing to compare it to. For a begginer it is a very good starting point but it might not be suited for more advanced people. Overall it was a good show.

I was tired of the same old fitness tapes. Thought why not learn yoga in the buff? The simplicity and pace of this video helped me understand the various poses and positions. The female narrator has a great soothing voice. The attractive ladies are helpful and visually easy to follow in each yoga lesson. Some people may think this is a silly video. I found this approach to yoga professional and motivating. My husband seems to like it too. I'm glad we bought it.

This nude yoga workout tape is an interesting way to learn basic yoga. The attractive female instructors teach the various positions buck naked and it's easy to follow. Everyone wants to borrow my tape. But I know I'll never get it back. Detailed easy, relaxing instruction. Well done. I like it.

Everyone seems divided on this one. "It stunk" "It was great" Truth is, It's OK. The models (4 of 'em, though 2 look very similar) are attractive (6-8.5), but they do look like they have never done the positions before (ie. very wooden; -1 star). Looks like a couple of them have had some "work" done, but I have seen a lot worse in magazines. It lost 1 star for me because of the picture quality; again, I have seen a LOT worse in other adult features, but I have seen a LOT better too. Overall, not too bad; if you want to see some attarctive women do yoga naked, get it. Your humble honest evaluator, Joker J
