Raffi's music brings back so many wonderful memories of my childhood. I bought this CD collection because of the great selection of songs. My 7 month old son loves his music! It's lovely to listen to. I recommend this collection to any parent wanting a great variety of Raffi songs. Songs that will definitely bring back memories!

My children listened to some of the songs on this album about 20 - 25 years ago. I know they could still sing the words to most of them as they thoroughly enjoyed the record (yes album) all that time ago.
I am definately going to purchase Raffi music for their grandchildren as it is so neat and easy to sing along with. Any child would love these happy songs by Raffi.

We absolutely adore this cd set! The songs are so whimsical and fun to listen to! We have only had it for two weeks now, and my 21-month old daughter has memorized half of the songs already! We keep the cds in the car, and my husband and I have noticed how much more enjoyable our cartrips have become! At the end of each song, my daughter says, "Mama - more! more!" We find ourselves humming Raffi tunes throughout the day as well! We're creating fun family memories through the gift of music!

This is AMAZING music for kids!!!!! This music is so good! My parents bought us lots of music when we were growing up - lullabies, Seseme Street, classical music, kids music, folk music, Barney, Disney, etc. - but Raffi still stands out as THE best music of our childhood. Raffi is soooo cool and just really good for kids. I wrote a paper about Raffi at school. He's inspired me to study early childhood education. Stanford, here I come!

One last thing... limit the amount of time your kids under five watch TV. I wrote a paper on that too. The exception is Mister Rogers. He's an educator.

I Highly recommend this collection! The songs are fun and silly and smart all at the same time. Kids love them....and I (as a mommy) love them too! You can't help but smile and dance around and sing when it's playing. Makes a great baby shower gift - or birthday gift for children.

This CD was used more often for circle time than any other. Wonderful language development tool as well as counting and rhyming. We made props to go with many of the songs and made them interactive with hand gestures. The songs are catchy for even adults and leaves everyone in a good mood. Warning: Some songs are known to drive adults insane as they repeat in your head long after the CD is off. I've seen it used with great results with developmentally challenged children as well as regular education class rooms. The kids and teachers love it!

You and your children will love these three CD's. As a veteran parent and educator who has listened to a great deal of children's music, I can say with confidence that this amazing music is the best there is for your child. The quality is subtle, but listen to it for awhile - interact with it - and you will feel that the music has been a beneficial part of your family.

Individually, these three albums were certified Platinum (platinum = 1 million sales) over six times, total, in North America, and that's before sales of this 3-CD collection were totalled. Many of those sales went to educators and libraries. People who understand young children and children's music buy these CD's.

This music reaches out and invites you to sing, dance, clap, laugh, make funny noises (boing, boing), and learn some positive things about yourself and the world. These are fun songs.

We listen to Raffi's CD's at home and in the car. My children have such a blast, and there's a positive message, too. I just love to hear my five year old sing some of these songs in the car. We all sing together in the car sometimes. And I admit that these songs are so enjoyable to parents that I just sometimes leave the CD playing when the kids are not in the car.

I wish a could give a free copy of Raffi to every parent and child. All our children would all be happier and brighter.

I also highly recommend Raffi's later albums, like Baby Beluga, which are better for slightly older children.

These wonderful singable songs are children's classics. Every parent should own this collection. Raffi's music is silly and "just right" for little children. Adults will find themselves singing along too!

With this collection, you get three of the five "must have" Raffi CD's. This collection, in my opinion, is the finest children's music ever recorded. Start listening early (age one).

The first Raffi disc, Singable Songs for the Very Young, revolutionized the way artists approached children's music. It stands as a benchmark to compare all other children's recordings against, and other children's music grades very poorly compared to Raffi. Raffi is the Mr. Rogers of children's music, but funny.

Also buy his concert video (pure magic!) or his concert CD, which older kids love too. Our family loves Raffi, and so will you!

As a father of two I try to find educational music with a good beat and i'll enjoy too. I couldn't find anything like that until I found Crazy Curt and the fireballs "kidz go crazy" My kids really did go crazy when they heard it!!! dont get me wrong, this CD is good but i would recomend going with Crazy Curt.

This set includes three of Raffi's most popular records and is a great way to build a collection. These songs never seem to wear thin or become annoying like many other arrangements do. In fact, I know the recordings so well that I often catch myself singing the next song before it starts.

The song selection is quite diverse. Some of the songs have a positive message, like about brushing your teeth or sharing with others. Other songs celebrate the joyful experience of being a child, like "Shake My Sillie's Out," "I Wonder If I'm Growing," or "Bumping Up and Down." Then there are ones that are just plain fun like "Willoughby Wallaby Woo" or "Oh Me, Oh My." But Raffi also includes some classic folk songs, like "Swing Low Sweet Chariot," "I've Been Working on the Railroad," and "Goodnight Irene." There are very few "duds" on this collection; most are the type of song that will just pop into your head someday, and for no reason at all you will find yourself humming it.

My daughter loves these CD's and always breaks out in a wide smile after hearing the first few chords. Partially, I think she smiles because they always put me in a good mood too. Hey, you can't beat that!
