Coolio's second album, "Gangsta's Paradise" is his best and one of the best of 1995. Gangsta's Paradise is a great song. Rest of the album is just average( exept Too Hot and Kind High Kinda Drunk). Good album but nothing special. Coolio can do better.

Coolio's second album, "Gangsta's Paradise" is his best and one of the best of 1995. Ranging from upbeat and uplifting to dark and depressing, Coolio gives us a wide array of tracks that are unique, and uninfluenced by any other artist. Nearly every song is prefectly produced and deliousciously delivered, the outcome being a near masterpiece. The album's only flaw is perhaps Coolio's attempt to appeal to a very large audience, rendering it more of a commercial output than a purely creative one. Nevertheless, Gangsta's Paradise is a great record and no matter what genre of rap you are interested in, it has something for you.
