The sausage stuffer really impressed me, for this price you can't go wrong. I used it the second I got it and can't complain.
There are really mixed reviews about this product all over but it does what it should do. Believe me, I read all of them and I'm glad about the purchase. A bonus on this is, since the Kitchen Aid has speed variations it's easier to control the flow of the meat comparing to a regular meat grinder. Go for it, buy it, you wont regret it!!!

I recently purchased the Kitchenaid sausage stuffer - it's a great product if you are doing just a small batch of sausage - for daily use but the stuffer as well as the Kitchenaid machine were not strong enough to do the quanity we were doing that day. I would recommend it but for small quantities.

Item was deliverd promptly and discribed. Tried it made perfect sausages. There were no serprse I am fully satisfie. I recomend this product.

I swear by my Kitchenaid. I have lots of Kitchenaid attachments including the food grinder. Using it to grind the meat and mix the spices for the sausage innards works extremely well, but I do not recommend the stuffer for stuffing the sausages. It was so time consuming and inefficient you would be better off stuffing the casings with a big syringe. This sausage stuffer attachment was not very expensive, so not much lost. I ended up purchasing a manual sausage stuffer that made the whole process way easier - 5lbs of meat stuffed in minutes instead of hours, with absolutely no swearing! Give this one a pass.

Did the producer test the attachment? this is unbelievable. There is no way to evacuate air trapped inside the tube and you have to punch holes every foot at least, to get the air out. If not you will have air not meat sausage. It is just waste of money, effort and tells you that amazon is selling everything possible, which can affect their good reputation. I used the attachment over 6mths after purchasing it and was not aware about return policy.

I really do not use this enought to get proficient but since the relatives use it too it has been a worthwhile purchase to share around. We have made home recipe sausage from deer and moose with great success. The stuffer part works very well once you get doing but sometimes getting it started is tricky.

Simple attachment, and practical. Very easy to use. We made a few delicious sausages already.

I actually just used it fir the first time and it worked beautifully. Easy to use, easy to clean, overall an excellent product and a very useful tool to have when making sausages with your Kitchen Aid Mixer. I would highly recommend it. The price is right too, a winning combination.

It came when it said it would, and it was exactly what I needed for what I was doing , great product.
