5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, July 12 2004

This review is from: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (Video Game)
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, the follow up to the best game ever made, Ocarina of Time is almost as good as OoT. The ONLY downfall of this game is how you are young Link for the entire game (until you recover Fierce Diety's mask which you can only use when you are fighting a temple boss).
The best part of this game is that you can change forms. You start off the game with Link but are quickly transformed into a Deku Shrub, other forms include the Zora and the Goron. Though you can also transform into a GIANT Link but only when fighting Twin Mold. Each transformation mask has its advantages and disadvantages.
The Deku Shrub runs fast but cannot swim or go near flames for it will die. You have about 5 jumps on the water before the shrub falls in and dies. The shrub can also get to high places where deku flowers lie.
The Zora can swim like you won't believe, probably one of the funnest parts is swimming with the Zora. The Zora cannot run very fast.
The Goron is probably the best because you can move really fast with him. The rolling Goron is so fun, you can roll through the field collecting items and rupees more quickly than with anyone, including Epona.
One of the best parts of this game is all the masks that you have to collect to actually beat the game (for you trade in the masks to kids in the moon to get to Majora or the Skull Kid). All the masks have some importance whether it's an advantage to help Link run faster (the bunny hood) or just to get you a heart piece (the couple's mask).
Each temple you have to use a certain mask, for the first you must be the deku shrub for you are cursed and there is NO way of transforming to Link. A shorter temple but still great in the puzzles. Snowhead Temple requires some work from the Goron, Great Bay temple requires the Zora and the Stone temple requires mostly Link but you will need the others.
A must play and a great Zelda game, the perfect edition to any Nintendo collection.

I received this game in relatively good time, and it was in perfect condition/working order. Also, it was hands down the best Legend of Zelda game that I have ever played. Amazing plot, and tons of fun. I would highly, highly recommend this product.
