I love my Zojirushi 5.5 cup rice cooker! It cooks wonderful rice and oatmeal too! I first bought a 3 cup model, but returned it, as the bowl seemed too small. The rice measuring cups are 6oz cups not 8oz cups, so this 5.5 cup model can cook up to 33oz of dry rice, or approximately 4 CAN/US cups of dry rice. The cooker is very easy to clean and program. I think that the rice/oatmeal actually turn out fluffier if they do sit/soak for a time while waiting on a timed cycle. I should have bought one years ago!

I bought this rice cooker after eating rice at a friend's house. She has the same cooker, and the rice was delicious! I had a much less expensive rice cooker at home, and I wasn't very happy with it. So, I decided to buy one like my friend's. Good move! It's worth every penny. My husband and I eat a lot of steel cut oats, brown rice, and sticky white rice. This rice cooker cooks them all splendidly - never burned, never mushy, always delicious. We love it!

We've been using the cheap rice cookers for years, the ones with a hole on the glass lid. They are really cheap, ranging from 10 to 20 dollars. The problems with these rice cookers are: there is no power input control during cooking resulting in bubbles spitting out of the hole on the lid. Now we are very happy with Zojirushi NS-ZCC 10 Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker. It cooks perfect rice every time.

You know it's made in japan, and I love this brand. I had a zojirushi cup before. This cooker is enough for 5 to 6 people.

This is the best appliance I have invested in. I love having rice made 24h a day all week long. It even works for rice mixes with lentils and legumes. We never notice a taste difference whether it is fresh or warming for 88 hours. It is a must buy!

I bought this as a replacement of the old Zojirushi rice cooker (6.5 years old with coating falling off). It is a great product, very convenient. It cooks the brown rice very well, only takes about 2 hours, so plan ahead.

I like the design of inner lid, that you can easily take out to wash.

I love my rice cooker. Its easy to use, easy to program and cooks in quite a short amount of time for white rice. Always produces the proper texture for the rice and does very well cooking other grains (like quinoa and barley) without me paying any attention to it. love it!

It does the best job we've seen for a rice cooker, and we've tried a couple. However, it is best at making big batches of rice, and the inside of the top is easy to remove for cleaning but hard to get back on. Even watching YouTube videos weren't that much help, so we tend to just wipe it down. However, the excellent rice makes up for that.

Unlike cheap rice cookers, the rice in this cooker can be kept warm for longer period. Ideal for set it and forget it chefs.

My husband and I bought the smaller version of the rice cooker his grandmother has. It is the Neuro Fuzzy. He is Vietnamese and it is well worth the money. It cooks the rice perfect everytime. The pot inside the cooker is non stick and washes up really well. It is very easy to use, it tells you how long until your rice is done cooking, hek, it even plays you a song when the rice is done. :) Love this cooker! Really excited to try some different recipes with this machine!
