This DVD is garbage. All due respect to Robin Downes, but the production of this video is very poor and it was not done well. I've taken one of Robin's classes and this video does not capture the technical aspects nor the spirit of her instruction. She looks like she was coerced into doing the video and unfortunately that is reflected in the performance. Trust me, you absolutely don't want to buy this DVD.

Yoga Flava was my very first experience with yoga. It was the ultimate refreshing and relaxing experience. The music was perfect, and the presentation from Robin was fabulous! What a way to relax the mind and body after a hard days work! I recommend YOGA FLAVA to all...

My girlfriend but this for us and it's been fun to do something like this together. I was thinking it might have been too feminine until I tried it but it sure helped me get the knots out of my shoulders. Very easy

I was not sure how I would like this DVD because I thought it would infuse hip hop and distract me from the connection that I receive from practicing yoga. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to push my practice to a higher level, which is to incorporate it in all aspects of my life. I recommend it for beginners and the experienced.

My son just bought me this and I'm having a good time of it so far. I used to think to do yoga meant you had to chant now I know that it's a great way to excercise and stay relaxed. It's not too hard on my joints either. I like it.

I've been really stressed out in my work environment and my boss calls me at home after work to criticize our day. I nearly broke down in tears last week. I bought the DVD and have done the class about 5 times but have only finished 3 times because I've fallen asleep the other two. I'd definitely recommend to my girls (and guys for that matter)

FYI: I couldn't believe Russell Simmons does yoga!

I work in a really stressed out environment where my boss calls me at home after work to talk about the next day and I started to get sick from stress. I bought the video because I heard yoga relaxes you and I like neo-soul music. I've done it 5 times so far and have fallen asleep during the class twice! I recommend to any woman (or guy for that matter) that just wants to relax without having to be a yoga pro.

It surprised me to see a hip-hop mogul like Russell Simmons say he practices yoga too
