I was very afraid to use this canner the first time. The instructions are very clear. I am sorry I did not buy it sooner. Lives up to it's reputation. No fear now.

I had ordered the stainless steel version of the 23 quart pressure canner, and to my disappointment it was an aluminium one. This was a gift to my mother, and she had already started using it, before I realized it was the wrong one.

A 23 quart pot is large to have in the kitchen, only being used once in a while. A big stainless steel pot can be used for...

This is an awsome product for canning. I have an LG smooth top range and this fits perfectly! I was worried about the pressure due to the fact that the stove has censors that turn off and on. No problem what so ever.. Highly recommeded!

I bought this 23 Quart Pressure Canner several months ago and now I have used it repeatedly and I am 100% satisfied with price, delivery, and quality of this pressure canner. Sorry folks, others just don't measure up with this pressure canner!.

This is an awesome pressure canner. I did a lot of research on pressure canners before I decided on this one and I am happy with it in every way. I prefer the dial pressure gauge as opposed to the pressure weights that some other pressure canners come with. Tip: put a little vegetable oil on the rim where the top couples with the body to make opening and closing a little easier. I wish it came with 2 trays instead of just 1 so as I can more easily stack jars in the canner. I would recommend this pressure canner to all serious preservists and preppers.
