I had never done yoga before watching this video, but after watching it, I will begin doing yoga regularly. Once I get more flexible, I look forward to buying the other tapes so that I can further challenge myself and improve. I could already feel results during the first viewing. The video introduced me to novel, yet simple, stretching exercises that worked on muscles I never knew I had. By the end of the video I was in a totally different, and much improved, state of mind and body.

I can't speak yet specifically for the sex aspect, but I can already tell that yoga improves flexibility and mental state, which must have a broad range of positive effects!

And I thought the instructor's personable manner was great. I for one was glad that the presentation was not too stuffy or formal.

My dad bought these videos for my mom and now she does this one like all the time. The instructor wears all black jump suit in this one. cool She wears like nothing in the third dvd all black. These videos are the first excersize videos that aren't lame ass I watch them when my mom isn't doing it.

Fantastic idea.
Brilliant concept. Killer moves. Sexy poses.
Getting this for all my friends and relatives for Christmas.

I think the idea of incorporating pelvic muscle strengtheners into a yoga routine is great, but they really blew it with this production. The instructor is unprofessional and giggly, her voice gets muffled whenever she bends over, you can hear cars in the background, there is little instruction for beginners, and the useless voice-overs telling you to contract your core muscles are not synchronized with the breathing or poses. Worst of all, they flash instructional text on the screen when you are in poses that prevent you from reading it! A small budget is no excuse for this sloppy, disorganized presentation - they could AT LEAST have practiced cueing for video, this is the absolute worst cueing I've ever seen in an "instructional" video. I gave two stars because the yoga itself(if you completely ignore the instruction, production and delivery) is a decent routine, but don't fall for the marketing ploy, and skip this dvd.

My girlfriend is diggin it..., and i love watching her do it.
I like the cool special features they have,
which is the behind the scenes/bloopers..which is cut like a music video. There's also a very thorough section for extra yoga instruction, which I definitely needed, and the oter yoga video my girlfriend has doesn't have.
Anyway - get 'em for your girl, and do them with her. Its pretty sexy, and a cool reason to do yoga.

I gave this to my friend as a gift for her Bachelorette party. It was a huge hit!
She told me she and her new husband did the tape together on their honeymoon!!
So - i got one for myself, and a bunch for people for Christmas already.
Its definitely yoga with a twist. A sexy twist.
My hips are looser and I definitely am feeling better in the bedroom.
I've only done the tqape about 4 times, and am feeling results already.
Highly recommend for you or a friend.

I thought this was the most poorly produced instructional DVD I've ever seen. It was out of sync or something. Each segment opened with the instructor/commentator speaking but you can't hear them so you miss out on what you're supposed to be doing. Also I felt like the video had the feel of soft porn to it. After reviewing the entire DVD my thoughts are that a woman could just continue doing her regular yoga practice, throw in some Kegel exercises and achieve the same results.

I'd never done no yoga before this video. But I gotta say it got me in all the right places. Now I do the video 3 times a week and thinking about getting the intermediate version. The yogic ab series is fantastic and different than my other tapes - I can move different now and my boyfriend commented the other night I've been hotter in bed than ever before. Like I said, this tape got me in all the right places.

I love yoga and I love sex. what a perfedt video for both!! Yhe video is great the workout is incredible. I have alot of yoga videos and this is the best one of all. You will love it if you like a fun workout!! Especially with a good partner!!!!

I love this video! It's truly amazing. Not only is it fun, but you will find yourself moving and stretching your body in ways you never knew you could! I feel incredibly sexy!! I can't wait to get my hands on all the videos!
