That people really know how to keep you focus on the places that you really want... That girl is awesome, she can do it so easily... I would like to see her every day at every moment... wowwwww !!! I just think this video is the best in aerobics and sex... !!! Congratulations, you really did it !!!!

I workout a lot but never do yoga cause its usually too slow, boring and goofy. But when I saw the title my boyfriend saw it too and said buy that one, so I did. Thinking it was going to stink and be really stupid I was completely shocked that its a great workout and hit me in all the right places. I've been making my boyfriend do it with me and must say we've hot some pretty hot times after doing the video. All the hip openers combined with the dance/Pilates type ab exercises make it possible to do things we've never done before that now actually feel great. Definitely worth a try and don't forget to have your man near by after you're done, you'll feel a difference!
