5.0 out of 5 stars Regarding Four Swords Adventures., March 20 2011
Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The Legend Of Zelda: The Four Swords Adventures - GameCube (Video Game)
I have liked this game before, and I still like it. It mixes a bit of platforming with the action/adventure genre that the Legend of Zelda is. The nice touch is the GameBoy Advance integration, allowing more ways to enjoy the experience. This can be a drawback since multi-player requires each player to have a GameBoy advance and a GameCube to GameBoy Advance cable to play. Single player can be played either way since the "GameBoy advance" comes up as a "window" on the main screen. Also, the enhancement to the graphics of the SNES era with some of the special effects the GameCube can do is quite nice. This is one of those games that shows that Nintendo is willing to take things into another step by combining two systems to play a game. I have also experimented with a second TV and a second GameCube with a GameBoy Player base and have achieved similar results without requiring a Gameboy Advance. Results may vary if you choose this method.

Some products I recommend and have talked about in the review:

GAME BOY ADVANCE SP-ONYX
Nintendo GameCube/Game Boy Advance Cable
Gameboy Player and GameCube Console - Jet Black for the second GameCube, if you want to go as far as I did. If you have a Wii and a GameCube, use the GameCube linked to the Wii with a GameCube to GameBoy Advance Cable and GameBoy Player base.
