I am now buying this wonderful movie for my little Granddaughters, this movie was a childhood memory I'll never forget. It was and still is one of the best animated movies I've ever seen. Fievel loses his family and sets out with the help of friends to find them. Sorry i can't remember too much about the movie as its been years since I've seen it. I was very excited to find it through Amazon because it doesn't seem to be for sale anywhere else. This is a movie that won't disappoint your kids and even those adults that still like a great animated movie. It ranks up there with the best. It also has the wonderful song " Somewhere Out There" to enjoy. I sing that song to my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter everytime she stays overnight. She just loves it and so do I. I hope you can watch this movie at some point in your life if you haven't already it won't disappoint you. Enjoy!!!!!!

Had to have it. Loved It. Had to have this to replace the good old VHS tapes. I would recommend these movies to all who like cartoon action.

This great classic double feature American Tale is fine entertainment for the whole family. I highly recommend this DVD on entertainment, cost and enjoyment value. I do not want to review the movie as I feel you should watch and enjoy the movie for yourself.

i remember watching this movie when i was a boy, i honestly can't remember alot of the story but i do remember i loved it. no cats in america. i just wish it would be upgraded to blu ray, but i'll settle for dvd for the time being

I bought this because my VHS was wearing out. I have it now in DVD and have had no regrets! This is another good movie to see when there is nothing on cable TV to watch.

I watched this movie with my kids when they were young and now got it for my grandkids. It has a good story line with life teachings for the kids and some adults although they may not see it.

I remember loving this movie when I was little. I wanted my daughter to experience it also. It was magical, since then it's been running in loop =;-)
