Don't listen to the negative reviews above. Those people don't have a clue what they are talking about. This is one of my favorite movies and is probably one of the best ever made. You can't help but love it.

The greatest movie of all time in my book because it isn't a chick flick but also for guys. I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to see romance, action, mystery, and suspense!

Whitney Houston and her co-star Kevin Constar were perfect for this movie role. I have to tell u I am Whitney Houston's favoritest fan since I was born in 1986. I am 13 and that is one of my most favoritest movie I have ever seen and I hope that anyone who hasn't seen this movie should rent it and watch it because u will agree this is a great movie. It is for people who like action, romance, and who is in for a good laugh. I give this movie 5 STARS!!

The acting is so-so, Whitney sounds and looks great. Costner is quit authentic in this role. The writers might have done a little more research on the science of Bodyguarding. But this is Hollywood and they rarely get such things correct. Why do I like this movie? I'm not really sure, but a pint of Ben & Jerry's and the Bodyguard makes an OK nite for me.

Kevin Costner is a FOX!!! I loved this movie..I bought the DVD since I had never seen it but liked Whitney Houston. I am now a fan of Kevin Costner!! I was so happy and in tears when she stepped off that plane in the end. I had to bust out my Whitney Greatest Hits CD! LOVED it!!

Its sad that a movie like this that contains no script or story plot is labeled a great movie and is given better reviews than Mariah Carey's Glitter which contained a story and plot.Come on just think about it.
