Awseomely hilarious! One of the best animated comedies out there! I really wish the rest of the series was available on dvd!

This cartoon is so funny that I just had to order this dvd. Does anyone know what the heck Boomhauer says at anytime during the show? LOL!

First of all i have to tell you that there is no such things as a bad season of King Of The Hill.After three strong seasons and earning an Emmy for season 3,i think many realized that the show wouldn't fall flat but instead continue and get stronger,wich it did.It is one of the longest running animated sitcoms(second behind The Simpsons in time of writting this)and if its not at the time you're reading this,at one point it was.The show,you need to understand this,is aimed at an adult audience even if it sounds weird for a cartoon but it is.After the massive delay for season 3,six months if i am correct some had doubts season four would even be released,luckily for fans of the show there wasn't any problems with this one and the set came out as planned.Season four was aired during the 1999-2000 season and came out on DVD in 2004,season 3 had a rather poor packaging and unfortunatly it continues with season 4.Season 4 remains a great season no matter what poor packaging it has,don't be fooled.

This season as any other King Of The Hill seasons has great episodes and has its special moments.Season four is no different as plenty of things happens the the Hills and it generated a few classic episodes such as "Bills are Made to be Broken" when Bill looses one of the only things he has left,his high school football record.Other great episodes includes "To Kill a Ladybird" when Bobby takes care of a racoon and Dale gets bitten by the racoon and "Won't You Pimai Neighbor?" when some Buddhists come to Arlen to look for the reincarnation of their god,wich they think is no other than Bobby.Also this season we get the cliffhanger conclusion to "Peggy Hill The Decline and Fall" from season three wich ended with Peggy jumping from a plane and her parachute doesn't open,she makes a fatal dive and left us wondering what would happen,this second part to the episodes sees Peggy dealing with the fact that she can't do anything anymore(don't worry she is going to be as she was)and Hank feels guilty.Also in "Naked Ambition" Bobby accidentaly sees his cousin Luanne naked and Joseph wants to see her too.One of my favourite episodes of this season and of all KOTH episodes is "Little Horrors of Shop" when Bobby's school cancel shop class and Hank feeling the kids really need a manual course as this,becomes the teacher of the course and of course,Peggy is jealous.In "Aisle 8A" Hank must deal with Connie's first period as she is staying at the Hills's for a few days,just imagine how Hank felt!To make thi short,as i said enough already each episode is great and season four is a must,those 24 episodes are a real treat and nothing short of excellent.

This season continuing exactly what season 3 did,has no bonus features and each discs has a double side with four episodes each.This time you do get artwork on the discs unlike season 3.Disc one has Dale riding his lawnmower,disc 2 has Bill doing the same thing and disc 3 has Boomhauer doing the same thing as well.Its unfortunate we don't get extras as we did for seasons one and two wich were LOADED with them.The season is five stars but the packaging with no extras at all makes it a four.The best season?Its hard to pick one as there are so many greats seasons but this one has some really good episodes and each ones are great and watchable.It also has a cool cover with Hank on his lawnmower and Bill,Dale and Boomhauer washing it.All in all you can't go wrong with this season or any other KOTH seasons on DVD,its worth it and the episodes are amazing.There is no extras wich is a shame but the episodes make up for it and you have an incredible season that you can watch over and over again.Highly recommended for any fans of the show,a must for you collection truly.5 stars for the episodes but a four overral because the lack of extras.
