A sweet,enchanting masterpiece from Disney, Nov. 24 2007
The story of Cinderella is one of my favorites from Charles Perrault (with Sleeping Beauty, that was also made into a Disney film), and this film is a sweet,enchanting masterpiece from Disney.
The film has a great soundtrack (and that's one I like in a movie is a very good soundtrack) and I love the songs (my favorite is the romantic "So This is Love"); I love the mice too (they're cute). My favorite scene is after the narration, the little birds tried to wake Cinderella up in the morning, and I love it when Cinderella's animal friends fix up Cinderella's mother's dress, so she could go to the ball (until Drizella & Anastasia tore it to bits, the b******!).

An Enchanting Classic, Oct. 13 2007
Enchanting, beautiful, endearing... such a wonderful Disney classic. I enjoy watching this movie with my daughter almost as much as I did as a child. Even my husband will watch this one, and has named his favorite scene to be when Jack the mouse pretends to be Lucifer the cat.

A set worthy of a Princess!!!!, Oct. 5 2005
This set is spectacular. Not only does it include the Platimun Edition DVD, it includes a reproduction film cell, commemroative book of the story and making of the movie. As well as character sketches. The DVD is loaded with extras! Including a sneak peak of Cinderella 3. Which totally blew me away. I won't spoil the surprise. If you love Cinderella and apprecaite the work and effort that goes into animated movies you'll love this set!

One of Disney's Most Beautiful Fairy Tail Classics, Juil 12 2004
While Cinderella is simpler and quieter than many other Disney features, the simplicity only adds to the beauty and magic of the movie. The animation is frequently mesmorizing.
True to form, Disney takes a universally known story, and adds characters full of personality to bring it to life. Disney has always had a talent for developing loathsome villains, and Lady Tremain is among the most evil of them. You can feel that she's bitter through to the core. Many of the supporting characters lend a great deal of humor to the film. Jacques and Gus are both hillarious and charming, and watching their exploits with Lucifer is a riot. The poor Duke's interactions with the King are delightful, and the Fairy Godmother is quite a character.
Cinderella herself is sugary sweet, and while she may not be the ideal role model for young girls in today's world of strong women, she is likeable and she shows us the value of friendship, hope, and faith.
Cinderella includes a nice selection of original songs, including the adorable "Cinderelly", the sweet "So This is Love", and the classic "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes".
This is a great choice for a movie to watch as a family, as it's entertaining for all ages, but it is simple enough and so innocent that your children can watch it by themselves and stay entertained time and time again.

Cinderlla Cinderlla night and day cinderlla, Jui 23 2004
I have seen this wonderful disney classic at my home and at my grandparents house,i loved the animation and mainly the music because thats what wins me over every movie and cartoon,i will be glad to see it on DVD,this is a movie that every disney fan(like me)should have in there colection.

Buy this movie you'll never regret it. It's worth every penny you spent with it. Most especially if you want to finish some chores around the house, and you want your kids occupied this is a great movie for them.I've seen this film so many times with my daughter and I love every minute of it. This is the kind of movie that makes you Sad because of Cinderella's awful situation, Angry because of her evil Step-mom and Step-sister and Happy because her wish came true in the end.

Disney's 12th Animated Masterpiece!, Mars 6 2004
Disney returned to the creation of full-lenght animated features when he created Cinderella, a true masterpiece, considered to be one of the company's greatest classics ever. The film tells the story of Cinderella being abused by his step-mother and horrid step-sisters. Disney really did put a lot of hard work into this film, the characters are memorable, and the villain is so wicked you just can't help to love her for that. One day Cinderella has the chance to make her dreams come true, but the evil Lady Tremain won't give up until she ruins Cinderella's night. The mice and Lucifer, the cat also play a big role in the movie, although Lucifer is mean, you have to admit he's kind of cute. There isn't a DVD for this title at the moment, but it has been announced as part of the Platinum Edition line, which will give this feature the treatment it deserves. This is a Disney masterpiece, a true classic.

One of Disney's Best Ever!, Janv. 6 2004
I have seen virtually all the Disney movie length cartoons and this one is up there with Snow White, Pinocchio, and The Lion King as one of the best. My daughter seems to watch this film over and over without getting tired. A good investment of your money if you want to keep a young kid occupied for a while.

One of my all time favorites--Bippity Boopity Boo, Nov. 15 2003
I can still clearly recall watching this movie in the theatre with my mother. I was enchanted immediately and never wanted it to end! I recenltly bought this for my daughter and she loves it too!!! This is a definite classic and DO NOT Miss!!! Talk about feeling like a kid again!
