Very good videos. Rachel is amazing!!!. If you are a beginner like me you just have to work harder, but it's a money well spent.I recommend them. It also arrived before the scheduled day.

Super bon produit, j'ai déjà acheté d'autres vidéos auparavant, mais c'est le meilleur que j'ai. Les explications sont très clair l'enregistrement est facile à suivre, les mouvements se voient très bien. J'adore particulièrement la partie réchauffement style yoga, très efficace. Je le conseille à tous.

Rachel Brice provides an incredibly complete two-dvd set. She is so amazing at what she does and yet she makes it simple enough that a beginner dancer can follow along (although it may be tricky if you are in bad shape).What I particularly enjoy is the sheer volume of instruction she provides. She could have easily split this into two to three seperate videos to try to make more money. |
