As usual, Karen is a pleasant and professional instructor. This is a floor workout done almost entirely with a pilates ring. It focusses especially on the hard-to work inner thighs, legs generally, and core strengthening. Some push ups and plank positions provide the only upper body work. It is a fifty minute workout that will work your abs/core and lower body thoroughly . . . and your thighs like never before! One of my favourite Voights--and I have most of her DVDs!
