There's a great deal of information packed into this one DVD. Everything from a lesson in drum rhythms, an excellent warm-up session with isolation drills, and finally three levels of choreography to learn for a drum solo.Moves are explained clearly and mirrors are used so that you can see exactly what the teacher is doing. The choreography is interesting with some unique twists. All in all, great value for your money!

Love this DVD. I bought this solely to understand the rhythm patterns and this did that for me. There is also three choreographed routines to learn which she breaks down in very clear instruction. She also has shimmy drills. I got more out of this than just the rhythms...so it was worth the purchase. This particular "style" is not my favorite, but need a good foundation to build on. A great practice DVD.
