I've waited for it seems ever for this dvd to come out...and I'm SO happy it finally has. Everything about it is great...but I gave it only 4 stars because Teletoon did a pretty bunk job of putting the dvd together..technically that is. I found it extremely annoying that Teletoon had to put their crappy commercials on it, and you can't even skip past them. Every time you wanna watch the dvd, you have to sit through their shameless self promos. That, and the dvd doesn't even come w/ a leaflet showing you what episodes are on what disc. It's the little things, but I found it useless.

Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked the show is finally out..I just wish they had put a little more thought/effort into it.

"Clone High" is one of those shows that you either love or hate, depending on whether or not you get the historical jokes and references. Thankfully, I got just enough to stick with this show and love it.

Teletoon pumps out a very good (but not perfect) transfer of this show from television to DVD. The video quality itself is superb, and anyone who enjoys (or enjoyed, if you're in the States) this show should do themselves a favour and pick it up.

With the good comes the bad, however. As many reviewers have noted, the Teletoon ads are annoying beyond belief and unskippable on most players (I'm lucky to have a DVD player that realises I'm a man of little patience for companies' self-gratification). :)

The second strike against this set is that they replaced all of the broadcast openings with a generic extended version which adds nothing and, in a couple of episodes, takes away from the overall experience. Two "very special" openings (Snowflake Day with its holiday-esque jingle remix and Litter Kills with its tragic piano ballad versions of the theme song) have fallen by the wayside to make way for this unecessary generic romp.

Purists will cringe at the above, but for everyone else this set brings it to the table and spreads its love to the masses. It's the best we're gonna get and, thankfully, it's pretty darned good.

I have never met anyone who did not like this series. I own three copies. This series is among my top five reasons why I love Canada. It is pure genius from beginning to end produced by a group of very talented people early in their careers. Best. Ever.

I definately recomend Clone High. I literally did not own a TV for a good solid 3 years, to give you an idea of my viewing habits, and I made very, very sure to catch every episode of this show when it was airing. That's how good it is. My little brother bought me the DVD when he found out it was available because he knew it'd make a great gift, and I was thrilled for days.

Only problem I have with the complete season is, as someone mentioned, Teletoon Adverts at the begining. Not that big of a deal: I just turn it on and then do something else until the menu comes up. I was more irritated that the (actually pretty great) theme song's extended version was repeated for every single episode. Seeing as I'm dorky enough I watched most of it straight as I went about my day, it got on my nerves.

Still, it's my favorite show ever. I definately recommend the DVD. The episodes make hearing the song repeatedly worth it, and my Lord do I hope for a second season.

This show is amazing. It is funny, clever, and never gets old.

The premise of this show is so original, and I believe that gave the writers so many options when it came to writing the hilariously crazy storylines. If you don't know what the show is about, all you have to do is listen to the catchy theme song.

As mentioned in some other reviews, the extras are minimal, probably around 10 minutes in total, but still neat to see some of the voice actors/writers in action. (Principal Scudworth is amazing!)

Aside from that though, it is still a GREAT value for an entire season at under $30. This show should rank up there with the Simpsons, Futurama and Family Guy in my opinion, and anyone who likes these shows, will most likely love Clone High. It's actually a dream of mine for them to release straight to DVD, if nothing else, one last show to tie up the loose ends left off in the last episode. So let them know how great this show was and buy this set!

The show is perfect, and is by far the greatest cartoon yet made.

The discs look great, and as far as I can tell all the music is intact. It has chapter stops after the opening of each show, and after each act. The extra's are neat, but I wish there were more. I seem to remember more content on one of the Clone High websites...

The only downside is the unskippable 3 minute commercial for the DeTour at the start of EACH disk. Think about it, if we bought the disks then chances are we are huge fans of Teletoon anyway!

Still, BUY THIS SET if you can get it!

If you want funny, this is the DVD for you. If you want historical accuracy AND hot ghandi on ghandi action, this is the DVD for you.

The U.S. is a lesser country for not airing the complete season, unlike Canada, with their lax smoking laws and need for mind bending cartoon action.

SERIOUSLY, buy this DVD. today.

This was a fabulous show that got yanked off the air due to a political controversy. It was absolutely hilarious, and the ratings were doing well, but lots of folks in India believed that the Gandhi character was offensive, so MTV had to pull it.

The controversy was unfortunate -- the show didn't even air in India, and it was apparently based on some reviews that folks read. In reality, the show made fun of lots of folks -- Jesus, Abe Lincoln, Napolean, Marie Curie... offense-wise, it was an equal-opportunity venture. But alas, that explanation fell on deaf ears.

Ultimately, it got cancelled before they even got through the first season. So if you didn't get to see the whole thing, or never saw it at all, you should check it out. Some of the episodes are uneven, but at its best, it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV.
