This is not your father's video game. The graphics are mind blowing. The story is excellent. Every person in the game speaks (some are even voiced by Jean Luc Picard). The depth is astounding. I have logged in more than 100 hours and I feel like I'm still just scratching the surface. This is the ultimate sandbox for grown-ups. My family misses me. If I had one (very small) complaint, it would be about the rather long load times. This is a very (very, very, very) small price to pay. How the hell do they get sooooo much game onto one little disc - it just blows my mind. Oblivion sets the bar and is now the touchstone by which I will measure all role playing games in the future.

I just got the game tonight (for my birthday) and it's a lot of fun - my brother and I spent almost four hours straight playing it, and didn't even realize that much time had passed. The graphics are impressive, and gameplay is fast-paced yet intuitive, and it's huge fun!
