This cd set is great for home or travel, because you don't need much room beyond the mat area. It is challenging for someone who is not a complete beginner but is working towards more flexibility & strength.

So I'll say it. This Yoga DVD is for those want a challenge.There is a reason why it is called Advanced Yoga. Now. With that said. I find this a great set of DVD's. I cannot do all the positions yet. However - I will one day. I use this DVD when I want to switch up my other yoga DVD's. At this point I cannot do this DVD...but I am enjoying monitoring my progress and every time I get a little better. If you enjoy a challenge and are not a stranger to Yoga. I would suggest trying this DVD. |
