This product's information is really lacking, so I'll fill you in on my experiences with it. I own two of these Quick Charge Kits and have four Battery Packs, one for each of my controllers. The Quick Charge Kit comes with one battery pack, not two as shown in the picture. It can recharge two battery packs simultaneously. For this reason I highly recommend buying a second Xbox 360 Rechargeable Controller Battery Pack with the Quick Charge Kit because you will never need to buy batteries for your 360 controller again; when the Battery Pack dies in the controller you're using, simply swap it with the second Battery Pack in the Quick Charger. One, at least, will always be charging for you.
Both the Battery Pack and the Quick Charge Kit are Microsoft products. The Battery Pack fits perfectly into and is the same color as a white controller; it feels and looks like a natural part of it. There are also Battery Packs available in black for the Elite controllers. That said, DO NOT buy the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit. While it too is an official Microsoft Product, and it too comes with a Battery Pack, it is the most inconvenient method of charging your Battery Pack imaginable. Your system must be on and your controller must be plugged into the 360's USB port for the Battery Pack to charge. The cord from system to controller is inconveniently short and transforms your formerly beautiful wireless controller, into another piece of equipment tethered to its console. The Quick Charge Kit is a much better offering.
The Quick Charge kit plugs into any electrical outlet around the house, charges a dead Battery Pack in less than two hours, and each Battery Pack will offer up to twenty-five hours of game play. This is a must-have for anyone with an Xbox 360; it will save you on battery costs in the long run.
