While I cannot rate the game in its entirety, I can rate what I have played of it, which was the demo. The game is awesome. Not in a "Dude, this game rocks!" way, but rather in the sense that it inspires awe within you. When you first see the mind-bending gravity switches, and the weird alien technology, you just can't help but keep on playing. The game just grabs you, throws you into the mayhem, and won't let you stop playing 'til you get out.

The Prey Demo is a must-play demo, and from what I've seen, Prey is a must-buy game.

When you hear the story: "A Cherokee mechanic who gets kidnapped by aliens" you think 'This is going to be garbage, like a Serious Sam or something'. But its way more than that. Great graphics, good sound, nice old music on the bar jukebox. It takes FPS and RPG and puts them together quite nicely. I will probably buy this, when it is released

Just finished the Prey demo, it takes FPS and turns it into a real brain bender. this game looks fantastic and has many gameplay elements that keep you entertained for hours. the amount of thinking and crazy physics defying ideas put into this game give it a game of the year whenever its release is. definately better than F.E.A.R. and a great competitor for HL2
