I purchased the "Back to Basics" blender a couple of months ago. Have not had a chance to use that often but have used it a few times and it works very well. It comes with a recipe book to give suggestions for different drinks which will come in handy. Easy to operate and easy to clean. Just what I was looking for. Powerful and quick unit. Would recommend this one to anyone looking for a "Magic Bullet" type machine.

So far it is great compact, easy to use and clean. I like it and am going to order 2 more for a friend.

I bought this personal blender because it's quite inexpensive and the reviews seem fairly good. I thought that even if it's not as good as expected, it's only $38.
When the blender arrives, I was pleased to see that the quality of the material is actually pretty good! The plastic mugs are pretty sturdy and well made. I immediately tried it out and the power of this little blender amazes me! I added frozen berries, a banana, and rice milk, and it literally took around 5-8 seconds to make the smoothie!! I pulsed it a little and turned it on high for a few seconds and voila, my smoothie was done and ready to drink. One mug (around 2.5cups) can hold a lot too so I shared the drink with my husband. I like how the side of the mug's got a little mark telling you to add the frozen fruit/liquid to the line. That's pretty considerate. I also like that the purchase comes with 2 mugs so I can blend one for breakfast/snack, and one for lunch =) I bought a few bags of frozen fruits, a bunch of bananas, and milk alternatives, so I can make smoothie any time! It'll definitely help me get into a healthier diet. All I need to wash is the blade, which just need a quick rinse. Or if I don't have time, I can soak it and wash it when I come back from work.
I love the blender already after just one use. It's so convenient and powerful.
It's a great investment so far!!

et la qualité est bon marché... en fait bon pour les smoothies mais on doit le brasser un peu pour faire descendre les fruits dans les lames... Bon pas mal ordinaire comme produit !
