I think that this is a very nice collector's edition of Friends. It is small enough that it won't take up too much room on your shelves. The ten seasons worth of discs are evenly shared amongst six "wallets" (each with a cast member's face on the cover). This does mean that each wallet contains one and part of a second season, but there is no real confusion. While the wallets do share, the episodes for one season clearly end on one DVD before beginning the next season on a new DVD. Episode titles and descriptions are provided in a large soft-covered booklet, tucked into the back of the box set. This will mean that you will have to refer back to it, occasionally. However, I think that Friends is the type of show, where the actual title or episode description is not particularly important. Normally, one would just pop a DVD into the player and sit back to enjoy a few hours...with their Friends!

Don't get me wrong... I love Friends... however... Amazon is bosting that it has "slashed" the price of the set from $374.95 down to $262.47 for a savings of $149.99... at first glance this is an amazing offer. However, you go to other stores in Canada and buy the seasons separately for $11.99 each which means you get all 10 seasons for $119.90, which is $142.57 cheaper than the "rock bottom" price offered here... bottom line, you'd be silly to pay what Amazon is asking for this set.

I received my DVDs really quickly and had no problems with delivery. My issue with them is that they're licensed for Mexico - and I live in Canada. Many of them don't work in my cheaper DVD player or my computer (it's hit and miss) and I have to resort to the more expensive DVD player in a different part of the house. The quality of the picture is great and I've got all the extras.

Its FRIENDS! If you loved the series in its original run, what more is there to say?!?

The complete series of Friends is totally worth it ! I saw the last 5 seasons live on TV, but now it's so great to see the first ones when they were young ! I finally get the story about Ross and Rachel .. from the beginning !

The service with Amazon was great ! I had in my gift set a double of one DVD and I was missing one. Amazon didn't ask more questions, shipped me another gift set and paid the shipping fees for the return of the other one.

If you like friends this is a great purchase, nice special features and comes with a great book to lookmthrough the episodes with.

This friends collection is great. Quality is very good and the packaging is compact and sleek. My husband and I just love these DVD's. We love the fact that we can watch it from the beginning with no interuptions (of commercials). The added backstage features is interesting. Friends epsiodes always makes us laugh, no matter how many time we watch them. One of my favorite purchases.

The product itself is fantastic, but the first 8 cds were scratched to a point that they skipped endlessly...

I received this product packaged very, very poorly, jammed into an ill-fitted box. The case was bent and squished, with no protective padding whatsoever, and as soon as the plastic wrapping was taken off, the box completely fell apart. Also, I have several scratched discs as a result of the pathetic packing job.
