I have a few dance type DVD's and this one is my favourite. For someone new to Latin dancing, there is a portion that teaches you the various dance steps slowly then at regular speed. By doing this, it is much easier to pick up the moves in the workout and I actually feel like I have some Latin rhythm! It also means that the regular workout isn't slowed down by the instructor showing you the moves. I worked up a sweat and gained a new appreciation for Latin dancing.

I have a treadmill, and yes I use it. I don't have time to go to the gym so I had to find a solution. I bought the
Dance off the Inches Salsa and Love it. Within a few minutes you have the steps and away you go. Unlike Zumba the
instructor is with you all the way. It's a good work out but don't expect to get through the entire video the first
time. I also bought both the 10 minute quick burns as well and they are great to change up the routine, don't be fooled
by the title of 10 minutes, they are five 10 minute routines. A great way to exercise without getting bored and learn a

The DVD was as expected, good exercising DVD to do once a week and keep in your collection.

The Delivery time was just too long to be sent to Canada.

I ma glad with the purchase anyway!

I'm trying to learn the steps and she is just a little fast for me to pick them up BUT that isn't really a critisiam, just an observation, other people would probably pick it right up on problem.

I bough this dance dvd because other reviews liked the step-by-step instructions, but the instructor still moved too fast for an old girl like me...but it is fun!

This is the second Dance Off the Inches DVD I purchased from Amazon - both are excellent investments to sustain my exercise requirements. I love to dance but not to exercise - what better way to do it? At first the steps might look complicated, but with persistence it will grow in you and then you will start feeling you are in Stella's Salsa party! The seller (BuyCD) was also very reliable and prompt in service!

It definately helps to dance off those unwanted pounds when watching an extemely hot and feisty latina doing her stuff in front of you. yeah she was on the tv screen, but her energy was infectious that it made me get off the sofa and do it. ok the video is my wife's and she would laugh if she knew that i was watching it. but this stuff really works. if anyone can tell me where to find more of stella's workout video's i am hooked. and stella if you read this.... thank you for helping me get from flab to firm in just weeks!

i love latin dance and stella teaches it well. i highly recommend this and advise that people who buy it give it time and do not become frustrated if they do not pick up the steps right away. have fun and stick with it. i have seen a lot of toning and inch loss even though i am not overweight

Not what I expected. The music was boring. No inspiration. Guess this would be okay for a novice. I got bored with it overall

It is a wonderful and fun way to exercise but not take up the whole day. The instructions are clear and the music is fantastic
