great sound quality, but light on the extras
All the records are 180g, audiophile quality, no problems with any of them. The box itself is understated and sturdy and the sleeves are also quite nice, especially L.A. Woman. I was hoping for something extra like a large poster or informative booklet, but it was just the remastered vinyl and a short write-up about the mastering process. I am a fan of the Doors and...

PERCEPTION TO DECEPTION......
As i received this vinyl boxed set,I was expecting "audiophile lps",3 out of 7 discs have large white marks or bands imbedded in the vinyl,which makes them look horrible.Where was quality control????????????now I am stuck with a worthless boxed set,I will try to get replacement discs from rhino,hoping their customer support is better than their quality control department.

I had to order 3 sets before I got a good one. There were pressing defects in some sets. The good set I got, the music quality was very good. I absolutely love it.
