For the love of tennis, buy Tom Goes To The Mayor!, Mar 20 2007

Tom Goes To The Mayor was a cartoon series that ran on the Adult Swim Network a few years back (I think it can still be found late at night in syndication.) Each episode (over 30 in all) is about 10 mins long, and features do-gooder Tom going to the crazy Mayor to propose a new way to improve the lives of the citizens of Jefferton County... usually with disastrous results.
It's some pretty polarizing stuff. Most either love it or hate it.
