Excellant. Finally I can cut my tomatoes wtihout squeezing them. I was skeptical at first but it works beautifully. When you slice the tomato it stays in perfect shape to whatever thick or thin slice you want without loosing its shape. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Good quality knife that works very well with ripe fruit. Nice red color! I highly recommend this knife for anyone who is looking for quality at a reasonable price.
