Fun and addictive game. Made by the studio Level-5, whose titles are known for their fun RPG gameplay and unique art style. If you like Japanese style strategy and role playing games, you will like this one. If you are not familiar with the genre, this is not a bad game to test the waters especially at this low price point now. This also makes for a thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys thinking games, is artistic, collects anime merchandise, or reads comic books. Gamerankings.com combined score = 86%, Metacritic overall reviewer score = 87/100. Game was developed in 2006, but it is still a gem on the PSP system.

This game is not only excellent visually on the psp, but it also plays extremely well. I find myself playing for hours at a time. It should be known that before I owned this system I was against handheld systems, now I'm hooked.Jeanne D'ark is a must have for anyone who is either a fan of anime comics and shows,or tactical war type turn based rpg's.TRANSLATION=wORTH BUYING TODAY.

After 64 hours I finished the game, not bad for a $35 game on a hand held system. The game play is simple and easy to understand without being restrictive for customizing your characters. The combat is generic for a SRPG and depending on your personal preference this can be either good or bad. The graphics are very good; when I first started to play the game I said "WOW this is really crisp and clean". The amount of detail on a small screen is very impressive and being able to display the game on a LCD TV was great. I don't have much to say about the music and audio, it was ok but there should have been more voice acting in my opinion.

Overall I give this game a 9/10 rating, I really enjoyed this game and can see myself playing it again a year or two from now again. I highly recommend this game to everyone.

This game has fabulous graphics and gorgeous cut scenes in perfect Japanimation. I feel like I am watching a movie. I love the style of gameplay and the historically accurate battles. However, when a battle is a bit too difficult or you maneuvre wrong, you get a Game Over and reset to your last save point (SAVE OFTEN!). Regardless, I would recommend this game. It is my favourite down-time activity right now.
