I purchased this item a while ago now because my son was interested in Moroccan cooking. We use it nearly every week and it makes delicious tagines. We have impressed dinner guests on more than one occasion with meals cooked in it. It is simple to use - like a pan we put it on the top of our ceramic stove-top. It is easy to clean. It is plain but smart looking. I would highly recommend it as it is also reasonably priced.
