It's a great bottle with a great capacity, the only bad thing is that it leaks - it once made my whole backpack wet and it wasn't pleasant - my books were all wet and destroyed.

Holds enough water to get me through the day and stays relatively cool. The sports cap is a definite plus over the traditional twist off. Just a note, don't twist the cap on TOO tight, because you'll get 'squeaking' noises when you drink from the bottle. Instead, tighten it just enough so that it won't loosen by itself and you're good to go.

Only comment is that it doesn't keep water cold for as long as I would like.. but the sweltering heat sure doesn't help either. Awesome water bottle overall. Love the cap!

I do hot yoga and needed something big to hold a lot of water. It didn't keep it cool for long but that wasn't important for me. Love it!
