Excellent material shown in there. Excellent production with multi-angle (hadn't seen that in a while!) but just a bit short on time. without the extra material, this whole disk can be viewed in less than 40 minutes.

You may like Alex or not, but with a video like this, you appreciate the athlete a lot more !!

This Dvd was extremely helpful and I noticed results right away. Really helpful for on ice technique as well as dryland core training.

These DVD's are extremely well done. The exercises demonstrated here are clear and precise. This is great for anyone wanting to improve there hockey skills, yet is very capable of improving anyones overall level of fitness. Great entertainment, great workouts and all proceeds helping a noble cause as well. Whether you're a Hab fan or not, this 2-DVD set is quite simply a must-buy, period. Good job Mr. Kovalev, as a matter of fact, great job!
