Very happy with yet another Zojirushi mug. I have bought about ten Zojirushi products, from rice cooker to various mugs, lunch thermos. Always satisfied with the quality. For the mugs, the coffee/tea stay warm up to 10 hours, perfect for long winter driving. I also love the fact that the lids can be taken upon for thorough cleaning. For this D-mug, I love the added feature of customizable wrapper. I was able to log on d-mug's website and print out from close to 100 templates, or make my own from uploading pictures. I am able to change the design by holidays, by seasons, or by occasions. Bought two, one for me, one for a grade 6 boy. Had a Starbucks tumbler a few years ago, with the similar feature, however the water got into the sleeve and the paper got stuck. Then the tumbler itself broke after a year or so.

I am thrilled with this travel mug. I bought it for my husband for his early morning hot chocolate (not a coffee drinker). He fills it up as he leaves for work at 6am. He is on the road all day, in and out of buildings, and just leaves it in the car all day. He has tried it at 3pm and says it is still warm enough to drink. And this is Ottawa, Canada winter temperatures (-10...-15). Unbelievable!
