Great but fragile,

I love this knife for cutting vegetables and fruits! It's made cutting a lot easier in the kitchen. However, the knife is very fragile so it requires a lot of attention and care. I would suggest that you have a separate steel knife for cutting meats and other hard stuff AND have this knife on the side for fruits and vegetables. You will not be disappointed with the purchase.

This knife is very sharp and makes cutting produce very effortless. I prefer it over a metal knife every day. Con: it's very fragile so you have to be really careful with it. I don't put it in the dish rack to dry and I don't store it in the drawer with everything else. Also, you can't cut everything with it (i.e. squash).
