I absolutely love this movie. It's entertaining, descriptive, funny and serious at the same time and the interviews really do make the movie.
What I love the most about this movie is that it explains all the metal genres, its culture and, to quote the movie, why it's so huge, even though some people have no idea it exists. It's separated by chapters, so it's never boring and easy to follow.
The interviews are interesting and funny and feature all the metal gods and veterans (the late Ronnie James Dio, Bruce Dickinson, Slipknot, Twisted Sisters, Slayer, Tommi Iommi, Rob Zombie, Lamb of God, to name a few.)
I recommend this movie to anyone who likes music, no matter what their tastes are. The bonuses are cool, with extended interviews, a mini-film about black metal and commentaries.
Nicely done, epic and really interesting.
