I can't remember why I bought this DVD or what inspired me to even take a look at buying it, but am I ever glad I did!
This video has changed my life, my husband's life, and the entire way we look at how we eat and what we eat.
Excellent information delivered in a no nonsense, easy to understand method. I showed this video to my Biology 12 students... talk about a hard audience to please... and they LOVED it! My students still comment on the information they learned and I have noticed a new awareness in all of them about what they are choosing to eat and how it is affecting their health and their emotional well-being. Amazing stuff! Highly recommended!

This is an informative, excellent dvd for anyone who cares about their health and for loved ones. It discusses some of the benefits of raw foods, issues related to the current medical industry, the cancer "industry", vitamin therapy, etc. If people are unaware of certain issues, it's a real eye opener and can change the way you look at health care for the better. Highly recommended.

Quite possibly one of my favourite documentaries. It screams common sense and challenges us to outsmart pharmaceutical and biotech companies and return to the way of living we are genetically programmed to follow! Many chronic ailments are lifestyle diseases and rather than pop pills or subject yourself to death-inducing chemo/radiation why not let thy food by thy medicine? The music is a little loud at times but for me it didn't distract from the message.

Watching this DVD is a life style changer. I have lent it out to so many people already and it has left an impact on everyone that has watched it. I have also just purchased Dr. Andrew Saul's book called Dr. Yourself which I haven't started reading yet but am so looking forward to since watching Food Matters.

Excellent dvd, opened my eyes to many realities. Very detailed and well put together, edited ect... great interviews with respected and qualified doctors also.

This video helped change my life and I am passing it on to as many as I can. Even inspired me to set up a Facebook Page where I can share information I get from them and other sources mentioned in Hungry For Change, Forks Over Knives, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, and various other sources. Inspiring and I am trying to Pay It Forward so that I can spread the knowledge around!

Decent content that I am hoping to use in the classes I teach about taking social action and documentary film.

This dvd is amazing, no food doc has impressed me this much ever. Watch it watch it watch it it will change the way you look at disease and more. Also, the Beautiful Truth is a doc about the Gerson Therapy if you are interested in more of that

This DVD was so good! It explores a lot of the themes that other DVD's in the same genre do not. I will not go into detail of the content, but I implore you to add this to your collection, and then share it with those who matter to you! So good!

I am a personal trainer and nutrition specialist, and have experienced the real life results of eating the food described in this documentary and I also take a ton of Vitamins. I am 50 years old and have more physical and emotional health and energy than most that are 1/2 my age. I only started this lifestyle at 40 and became a personal trainer and nutrition specialist at 48. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a cold or the flu, I have completely 100% reversed all symptoms of IBS that I struggled with for 18 years, and I am in the best shape of my life. Please please please learn from the messages in this film. The right Food and Vitamins are critical to good health. It could save your life and will definitely change your life. Its never too late to start!
