I read reviews for various mixers at any price. This came through as the best value for a hand mixer. It is well designed and easier to get the job done most of the time over the stand mixer.

Great price on sale - nice product. This mixer has the power for making a big batch of mashed potatoes, to whipping cream. I love the slow start feature. All the controls are intuitive, and the beater design is very effective. Overall, I highly recommend this Cuisinart product.

This mixer is a BIG step up from our old mixer from 20 years ago! HA! I especially like the way it starts up in a slow build up to the speed you selected. NO MORE FLOUR FLYING! :D

I've used it for awhile now, and it's been a pleasure to use. The fact that it sits up nicely on my counter top, and has easy to clean beaters, make my day just that little easier.

Lots of power, mixing is a dream, would buy this product again! Nothing to complain about here!

I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. My only concern is that I could have bought the 5 speed one, since I just need it for occasional pastry baking. I think the 7 speed would be a good choice for professionals. However, it is very powerful and a high quality purchase.

I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my daughter. I ordered it on December 17th. The order process said that with free shipping it would be delivered by December 24th. It arrived the next day! What amazing customer service. On Christmas Day, my wife's mixer broke, so she used my daughter's. She then insisted that I had to buy her the same mixer(unfortunately amazon was sold out, so I had to buy the second one elsewhere).

It has seven speeds, controlled by membrane buttons on the handle, with an LED that shows your speed. With all speeds, it starts slowly, and then speeds up to the level that you have set. This prevents splatter. The only downside, is that when turned off, it reverts to position 1, and you have to toggle it up to the speed you usually use. I'd prefer if it stayed at your last selected position.

It comes with the two regular beaters and a large single whisk.

Overall, a great, well-made product and spectacular customer service from Amazon.

Bought it to give to my son at Christmas, with the hope that he will learn how to use it not only to make omelettes.

I really enjoy using this product, it's powerful and although it kicks into gear powerfully as you start it up, it slows down enough in a few seconds that you can put it into the bowl without food flying everywhere. The higher levels are quite powerful and so far its worked well. I have used it to whisk up light batters. Was thinking of buying a kitchenaid artisan mixer for cakes etc but will see how it goes with this. Will repost as to how that works out. I would recommend it for sure, plus it's very good looking. A note to those with weak hands, this product is a little weighty. I have carpal tunnel in both hands but can still manage very well.

This little guy is SUPER powerful!! You turn on the first setting and it's flying !!! The nice slow warm up to the first setting is a great feature - every mixer should do this. Sometimes it seems it's a little too powerful for simple things like egg whites or a flour mixture! It has a great handle with a nifty swivel cord feature. The whip attachment is great for simple & quick whip cream! The eject button isn't in the greatest place but I never accidentally touched it. it is a tad heavy and since it is very powerful, you need a real good grip or it feels like it will just take off out of your hand and mix the bowl away on the counter. Definitely a great buy!! Great little powerful item! Couldn't find a better price than on Amazon!
