Best ball workout.,
By
This review is from: Stability Ball Workout - DVD (DVD)
I've tried several ball workouts, and this is by far the best. Keli Roberts leads all three sections (lower body; upper body; abs & back). Quick Fix NEVER includes warm up or cool down, but Keli at least tries to warm up your shoulders a bit before doing weights. (I always do a half hour of aerobics first to be safe.) There is one person who does the easier option, so it is fine for beginners to advanced exercisers. You will need light and heavier weights for the upper body segment. Otherwise, it's just the ball (and mat--you'll be on your knees for some moves). Unlike several other ball workouts I've tried, this one actually makes you work hard. You'll improve your "core" strength, as well as do some serious work on every muscle group in your entire body. As usual, Keli is enjoyable and leads a solid workout.

I was looking for a stability ball workout that was a little more challenging, unfortunately, this isn't the one. It's perfect for beginners.

I ordered this because I had a stability ball and didn't know how to use it. The video is divided in 10 minutes for upper body, lower body and core. Time flies this way and before you know it it's done. Keli Roberts gives clear directions and is likeable. You need a ball, two sets of weights (I use 3 pounds and 10 lbs) and a mat (or carpeted area). The video is dynamic and inventive, I do it as often as possible and feel it in my body. Good job.
