Bought it few months ago and used it as sitting cushion at work. Lower back pain almost all gone during sitting.
Recommend it to everybody if used in sitting position.
I haven't used it at all in back position since the sitting position solved my daily lower back pain problem.

It's just okay. Basically like sitting on a pillow and it constantly needs to be adjusted because it around while sitting

I've been dealing with a sciatic nerve issue for the last year or so and decided to try the Obusforme Sit-Back Cushion for some relief. I've used it for a month or so now and have found that it makes a huge difference.

This one worked wonders in my car that had lousy support and it sure helps if you drive for any period of time, from 5 minutes to hours.

My first amazon review, I'm saddened that it has to be a negative one, but considering this is in regards to ones health and not just ones wallet ... I bought this for my brother, whose job involves a lot of driving that has induced back pain and some tension in his legs. I got this for him with the hopes of easing some discomfort, instead he has reported that it creates distance from the backrest. It has not felt natural at all, instead made his back feel vulnerable and in fact is now in greater pain as a result. The product description specifies that this is equally meant for cars, had that not been stated I would not have bothered purchasing it. More than having wasted money, I have wasted time that could have been better spent on trying out a product that might have done him some good instead of more harm. I would not suggest purchasing this, or at the very least, second guess the decision. Hope this helps someone. :)
