Great, great cutting board. Love the feel of bamboo, texture and weight are great. I always hated getting grease on my cutting boards, not this one! I used it to chop up salt pork and it wiped right off. I mean wiped, not scalding hot water just normal dishwater. I was amazed! My daughter says i'm addicted to these bamboo products as I now have 5 boards in different sizes. I can't wait to see if they stand the test of time. The revitalizing oil works well on these boards, makes them look fresh and new. Was in Walmart the other day, they now have bamboo cutting boards, they are cheaper but not the same quality as Amazon's.

Very light, thin, hard, and durable. Replaced a wooden cutting board that was getting old. No issues with cracking or splitting during the couple of months of use for cutting up meats and vegetables. Used baby oil aka mineral oil to freshen and condition when needed and it works perfectly. Would recommend over plastic or wooden cutting boards.

I'm not sure if this the fault of poor packaging (though it seems hard to believe that a piece of wood in the middle would be completely scraped off and missing as this utility board was heavily wrapped and shipped to me as a single item) but there was a piece missing from the middle of the board, like someone scraped a chunk of wood from the middle completely. This is the second item I've bought from Amazon in the past few weeks that had a default, I am beginning to mistrust the quality of this item and seriously considering never shopping with them again.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY SMALL KITCHEN AND VERY EASY TO KEEP CLESN.

It is good and cleans easily. It was the right size for me but when it says medium it is a little deceiving. Check the size you want carefully. I bought the recommended oil with it and it was well worth it.
