These keep their color really well during baking in a modestly healthy recipe (if there's too much fat in any recipe, it's basically game over. But the recipe I did used 2% milk, ground almonds, and 1/3 cup oil for 27 muffins so it DID have fat still.
Compared to other cheap wrappers these work better. But they don't peel off very nicely. It's one or the other. Either you get a nice design, or you grease well and lose the design. I like them personally. Who cares if the wrapper sticks!? That's half the fun for kids, chewing cup cake off the wrapper.
